Complaints & Returns

Complaint Procedure

To process a complaint as described in Art. 7 of the Terms & Conditions , please follow these steps:

1. Complete the Complaint Form

Please fill out the Complaint Form and include it with the returned product. The form should contain: Your full name, Email address or mailing address, Phone number, Product identification number, Reason for the complaint, Purchase date and date the defect was discovered.

2. Return the Product

When submitting a complaint, please send the defective product along with all accessories and a copy of the proof of purchase (VAT invoice or receipt) to the following address:

Return Procedure (Contract Withdrawal)

To exercise the right of withdrawal as described in Art. 8 of the Terms & Conditions , please follow these steps:

1. Complete the Return Form

Within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, submit a statement of withdrawal (in person at our vineyard, via email, or by mail to the address below). You may use the Return Form provided below.

Please return the product at your own expense, including all accessories and a copy of the proof of purchase (VAT invoice or receipt), to the following address:
