Kasia and Mateusz, the founders of Moon Vineyard, come from completely different fields—pedagogy and IT—but their shared passion for wine united them in an expedition to uncharted territories of flavors and aromas. Like space explorers, they eagerly delve into the secrets of winemaking, continually discovering the subtle art of creating wine. With the support of professional oenologist Piotr Stopczynski, they have created not only a vineyard but also a place where quality merges with passion, and the taste of wine enjoyed under the moonlight evokes unique emotions.
