Privacy Policy & Information Clause
Art. 1
This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protecting personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the services available on www.winnicaksiezycowa.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016 (Official Journal of the EU L No. 119), this document also serves as an information clause regarding data processing.

The Data Controller is "IDEA" Katarzyna Zych, based in Krosno, ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 29, NIP: 6842412120, REGON 180362048. A Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed within the Controller’s structure (contact: winnica@winnicaksiezycowa.pl).

Personal data may be processed for different purposes, depending on the context in which the User provides their data, including: Contact purposes, Order fulfillment, Marketing, Sending commercial information, Providing details on promotions and new offers, Responding to inquiries, Pursuing legal claims or defending against claims.
Art. 4
Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing
- For Users submitting a contact form, personal data is processed to respond to the inquiry, based on consent given by sending the message (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- For Users placing an order in the online store, data is processed to fulfill the order, based on consent given during order placement (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- The purpose of storing cookies is specified in Art. 11 of this Policy. The legal basis for processing your data is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) as described in this Privacy Policy, or the User’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

The User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

- Courier service providers,
- Electronic payment service providers,
- Marketing service providers,
- Entities authorized to receive data under applicable legal regulations.

User data is processed until consent is withdrawn or for the period necessary to fulfill a legitimate legal interest of the Controller.

- Request restriction of processing,
- Object to processing,
- Transfer their data,
- Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office.

Art. 9
